In Simcity BuildIt club war, when you are attacked, your opponent(s) will destroy your buildings. They will stay destroyed until you repair them or the battle is over. Every building that has been destroyed by your opponent will be indicated by a green helmet.
Sometimes, rebuilding these green helmets (buildings) is a great advantage, as you get war items (WI) for very little in return. However, sometimes, you don't have the items they ask for to repair them.
You can exchange the requested items for new ones, just by pressing the blue reload button (you can see it in the picture on the left), and waiting 5 minutes. In addition, you don't have to wait those 5 minutes just by watching an advertising video, which shortens the repair time a lot.
